submit credit card information. The website is www.napm.org
By fax: Transmit completed registration form with
credit card information to 480/752-2299. You can download the registration
form at www.napm.org .
By mail: Complete the registration form and mail
with check or credit card information to NAPM Exam Registration,
P.O. Box 22160, Tempe, AZ 85285-2160.
By telephone: Call the NAPM Customer Service Department
at 800/888-6276 or 480/752-6276, extension 401. Please have your
credit card number ready.
